Takeover of the Quality Management Function, e.g. for small CROs/sponsors or companies temporarily in need of an experienced QA.

Activities in this role may include:

• Planning and conduct of audits, internal and external QA representation
• CAPA follow-up, hosting of inspections and client audits
• Internal GCP/GLP consultancy, training, management reviews, QA improvement initiatives
